The cultivation process begins in September. Seeds are extracted from the healthiest and best quality peppers from the previous first harvest. In December and January, the seeds from the previously picked and stored peppers are sown. Because of required thermal conditions during these months, seeds are sown in special containers to guarantee optimal conditions for germination and development of the young plant.
After April 15th, when the risk of frost is minimized, the young plants are then transferred to the soil.
